Seeking individual with at least 3 years experience investigating, evaluating and adjudicating complex workers compensation cases of high exposure and severity.

Activities:

*** Investigates claims to determine coverage responsibility.

*** Establish compensability and exposure accuracy.

*** Collaborative establish medical management strategies on high dollar complex claims.

*** Reviews claims and makes resolution strategy recommendations.

*** Participates in pricing, reserving.

*** Support outside counsel in managing litigated files.

*** Identifies and appropriately processes suspicious or potentially adverse claims and those with third party subrogation potential.

*** Calculates and recommends reserves.

*** Attends negotiation, settlement and mediation sessions.
