Perform G-Code programming to set up and operate wire EDM machines producing parts per prints, CAD models, and supplied specifications.

*** Create and update models and prints in Solidworks.

*** Utilize G&M codes, Multiple Document Interface (MDI) Programming and Conversational, as well as Programmable Controls to program and operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines.

*** Review routings and make recommendations to improve machining of parts.

*** Perform tool changes and offsets.

*** Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges and verify parts meet extremely close tolerance dimensions, alignments, clearance, and specifications.

*** Collaborate with customers, project managers, engineers and manufacturing team to supply parts and solutions to meet scheduling needs.

*** Recommend process improvements to reduce waste, increase throughput and productivity, improve efficiencies, and increase customer satisfaction.
