Highly-automated fabrication plant. Can manufacture in a large array of versatile processes that include analog/mixed-signal, deep-submicron, high-voltage BCDMOS, and technology solutions for products in emerging markets using novel materials, structures and devices.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Manage sales of Semiconductor products and services. Ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through active prospecting and execution throughout sales cycle. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and company earnings.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
*** Responsible for finding and attracting new clients to the company customer base.
*** Introduce and position the company products and services to the qualified customers within our selected target markets in a highly professional and methodical manner.
*** Support factory personnel including program management to successfully fulfill customer orders, retain customers, solve customer problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.
*** Experience in the semiconductor industry to demonstrate a significant network of associates and skills and a desire to continue to grow that network.
*** Understand and demonstrate skill and experience in strategic, team selling of a complex technical service, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
*** Prospect (existing and new accounts); qualify and quantify accounts; work with Technology Development Team and Sales Management to provide customer technical support and increase the customer funnel and level of engagement.
*** Find new potential customers through industry contacts, lists, web search and other methods.
*** Respond to various types of leads.
*** Input detailed customer information and track opportunity status in CMR databse.
*** Develop quotations and contracts and successfully book business to meet sales targets.
*** Attend collaborative meetings to help define and execute customer tactics and strategies.
*** Travel domestically up to 50%.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
*** BS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or business is required. (Masters degree in technology or business is preferred)
*** 5+ years of directly related semiconductor device and/or semiconductor engineering services sales work experience, or the equivalent in education and relevant experience.
Highly visible position with an industry leader. Annual compensation package of salary and bonus to $250,000 +++; , Fly business and first class, generous expense and entertainment account.
