Seeking Talent Management and Development Partner to design, execute, and oversee talent management and development strategy.

The Job:

*** Collaborate with regional colleagues to identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.

*** Oversee roll out and management of talent management and development initiatives and processes for programs such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Insights and Analytics, Career Management, Professional Development, etc.

*** Design and facilitate team development interventions, and facilitate off-sites for management teams.

*** Serve as a coach to top and next generation talent.

*** Provide advice and consultation to HR Business Partners on complex and unique talent management related issues.
