Seeking individual with experience performing qualification and validation of various diagnostic methods involving DNA and RNA sequencing to assist with diagnostic bioassay validation and transfer from development to regular use and laboratory practice.

Objectives:

*** Ensure company's pharmacogenetic diagnostic assays meet all technical, repeatability, quality, and regulatory requirements.

*** Author, review, edit, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of testing methods and processes.

*** Draft validation protocols and reports, ensure compliance with industry standards requirements in accordance with GLP, FDA, CAP, CLIA, and other relevant requirements.

*** Evaluate, modify, select, and validate equipment and instrumentation.

*** File regulatory documentation for diagnostic bioassays.

Required:

*** B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or related life sciences discipline.

*** Experience with diagnostic immunoassays or bioassays, RNA and DNA isolation, PCR and method or process validation.
