Validation Engineer - Molded Plastic Medical Disposables - Nashua, NH

Description
Seeking experience developing and implementing validation protocols for process, equipment, cleaning, and computer systems in plastic medical device manufacturing.

Requires highly effective communicator who can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive timelines.

Shall lead project teams and interface with customers and operations staff.

Main activities are focused around the qualification of injection molding machinery and tooling and the associated processes.

Activities:

*** Analyze customer needs to determine validation strategies.

*** Interact with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Project Management, Production, Quality Assurance, and customers to determine requirements for new projects.

*** Perform process validation and process control activities including Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification for plastic medical disposables products and the following manufacturing processes: welding, machining, plastic injection molding, laser engraving, assembly, finishing, cleaning, sterilization, and packaging.

*** Prepare validation plans and reports

*** Participate in customer audits and annual product reviews.
