Description
Seeking individual with background developing innovative vacuum infusion processes for engineered composite products such as aircraft wings, fuselage components, boat hulls, bus bodies, turbine blades, etc.

Activities:

*** Develop and document process designs for structural composite products subject to high stress.

*** Optimize productivity, reduce cycle time, improve quality, and reduce operating costs through process evaluation, re-design, and validation.

*** Initiate and assist with capital improvement projects aimed at increasing plant capabilities through new equipment purchase or facility modification.

*** Develop and monitor training plans to ensure personnel are versed in new process requirements

Qualifications:

*** Expertise with vacuum infusion and experience developing, improving, and modifying manufacturing processes for composite products.

*** B.S. in Engineering, or equivalent with experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, TurboCAD, or similar.
