Responsibilities:

*** Create interesting, easy to use UI and UX Designs

*** Direct design and production across multiple projects and different stages of development

*** Generate plans and schedules

*** Visually enticing and user friendly designs

*** Maintain open communication across departments to ensure proper execution

*** Develop game flow that can be built upon as projects expand

Requirements:

*** Experience directing UI and UX design and development on multiple titles

*** Experience managing designers and artists

*** Personally designed game flow on multiple titles

*** Proficient in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Gamemaker, etc.

*** B.A. in Computer Science, Graphic Arts, Interactive Design, or related field
