Activities:

*** Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain new plastic injection molding equipment and turnkey systems incorporating inspection and finishing systems.

*** Train technicians and operators in safe and efficient set up, operation, and shut down of equipment.

*** Test, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical functions of injection molding machines and related equipment at customer plant locations.

*** Program, modify, troubleshoot and update PLCs, re-route wiring connections for unique jobs or changing product focus.

Requires:

*** Injection molding machinery maintenance experience, minimum 3 years.

*** Ability and willingness to travel with frequency to customer locations.
