Trade Compliance Specialist Export CTPAT Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism International Traffic in Arms Regulations ITAR Export Administration Regulations EAR Sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control OFAC Customs Regulations CR Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States HTSUS Foreign Trade Regulations FTR US Export Licensing requirements and procedures Commerce Control List CCL _ .

Candidate will be the subject matter expert on export compliance and provide organizational expertise to manage the entire export process including interfacing with engineering, sales, marketing and purchasing as well as acquire & audit documents and manage the shipment and receipt to the customer.

Shall:

*** Support the development of licensing strategies that enhance the compliant sales of product and services to international customers.

*** Work, interact and comply with:

- U.S. Export Administration Regulations EAR
- Anti-boycott regulations
- Bureau of Industry and Security
- Department of Commerce
- Deemed Export Regulations
- Office of Asset Controls OFAC Regulations
- Bureau of Census
- Foreign Trade Regulations FTSR
- Automated Export System AES
- Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism CTPAT

*** Coordinate compliance audits and investigations and conduct internal compliance training programs for employees.

Required:

*** 4+ years of experience in trade compliance.

*** Bachelor's Degree.

*** Experience with United States export trade and controls regulations.
