Seeking skilled toolmaker looking to join a company with excellent in-house design and prototyping capabilities as well as state of the art machine tools capable of meeting extremely close tolerances.

Shall:

*** Read and comprehend blueprints and drawings.

*** Operate cranes and set up jigs and fixtures to ensure stock is properly in place.

*** Fabricate new tooling and repair existing tools and dies.

*** Inspect, clean, and prepare tooling for rework.

*** Utilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure finished part is acceptable.

Required:

*** Tool and die fabrication experience; expertise with thermoforming highly desirable.
