Requires on-site visits with potential sources of tissue donors and implementing the initial phase of donor management programs including hospital development and providing "expert" and service support to hospitals and other appropriate healthcare facilities.

*** Educate hospital personnel and physicians about organ, fluid and tissue donation.

*** Train sites in donor evaluation and donor management.

*** Develop strategies to enhance and improve organ, tissue and eye donation.

*** Organize and facilitate effective communication to increase donations.

*** Provide accurate, up-to-date information for informed consent SOP's.

*** Schedule and implement donor awareness activities.

*** Maintain professional working relationship and rapport with management, medical, nursing, and ancillary staffs.
