Seeking Vacuum Coating Technician with experience in application of thin films using E-Beam, IAD and Plasma deposition techniques on optical components for the DUV, Visible and Infra-Red spectrums

Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Operate coating chambers.

*** Monitor and record coating processes in real time.

*** Read and follow manufacturing work order.

*** Routine chamber maintenance.

*** Measure and record results of coating runs using various metrology equipment.

Job Requirements:

*** H.S. or GED, A.S. or higher preferred.

*** 3+ years relevant experience in a production environment.

*** Strong experience running Thin Film Deposition Systems.

*** Strong experience maintaining and repairing coating equipment.

*** Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

*** Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting is a plus.

*** Experience with Vis/UV/DUV or IR experience preferred.
