Seeking a passionate technical sales engineer with a proven track record of strong account leadership, developing strategic partnerships, and revenue & profit growth for programs and services within the petroleum refining industry.

The Technical Sales Engineer engages in problem solving activities by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to clients with a focus on ensuring refinery operations perform at optimal levels.

Provide technical support to customers related to process chemical treatment and management of treatment programs for Crude Units including:

*** Items affecting downstream operations such as: tankage, slop, crude slate management, overhead treatment, caustic injection or similar

*** Fuel Treatment Additives such as; Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Scavengers, Dewaxing Aids, Desalter Chemicals, Pour Point Improvers, and more

*** Anti-foulants and Coker Anti-Foam Programs for Refinery wide process systems such as; Reformers, FCCs, Coker and Hydrocrackers

*** Supporting Heat Exchanger Modeling, Pathfinder Crude Unit Overhead Modeling and FPA Crude Fouling Modeling.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar

*** Expert knowledge in petroleum refinery process chemicals with direct hands on experience troubleshooting refinery process chemical treatment systems
