Talent Engagement Specialist – Entry Level - Toms River, NJ
As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and fulfilling experience for all parties involved. You will collaborate with team members to strategize and execute talent engagement initiatives, contribute to the growth and development of individuals, and facilitate successful matches between talent and organizations.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Relationship Building:
*** Proactively identify and attract top-tier talent through various sourcing methods, including social networks, job boards, referrals, and industry events.
*** Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with candidates, understanding their aspirations, skills, and career goals.
Client Engagement:
*** Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and strategic objectives.
*** Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview and selection process.
Candidate Guidance and Coaching:
*** Provide personalized career guidance and coaching to candidates, including resume enhancement, interview preparation, and skill development.
Matchmaking:
*** Assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with client requirements to ensure successful placements.
*** Strive for long-term career fits that benefit both candidates and clients.
Data Management:
*** Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and client interactions in our database.
*** Track and report on key performance metrics and talent engagement initiatives.
