The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides custom solutions and support to companies looking to attract and hire top talent into the organization. As a specialist you work with key decision makers in various activities including recruiting support, process improvement, issue identification and resolution, trend analysis, project coordination.
Lead the successful execution of the recruiting life-cycle for technical professionals, key senior-level and Executive leadership roles including: creating internal/external job postings, candidate sourcing, initiating and scheduling interviews, analyzing potential hires, providing hiring advice, executing offer and pre-hire processes, and other related key hiring activities
