Description
Our research analysts are critical members of the talent acquisition team with responsibility for creating and delivering recruiting reports, industry analysis, marketing materials, recruiting metrics, hiring trend data tools, and advertising content.
The analyst training program will provide you with the knowledge to collect and report on recruiting data and perform critical analysis and interpretation to drive talent acquisition projects forward.
Learn to:
*** Create customized industry specific marketing campaigns, recruiting reports, and hiring proposals.
*** Act as a subject matter expert and apply knowledge in support of cross-functional talent acquisition teams to improve recruiting productivity and quality of hires.
*** Perform critical data analysis, interpret complex technical information, and translate industry jargon into cohesive marketing stories.
Requirements:
*** Passion for learning about the latest technologies.
*** Inability to let questions go unanswered.
*** A drive to sort through information to find real facts.
*** Ability to explain complex ideas and concepts in terms a sixth grader can understand.
Full time position, no nights or weekends, with medical benefits, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, and company paid training programs.
