Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology Manufacturer - Atlanta, GA

Description
Seeking experience recruiting for operations, production, and engineering positions to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting at multiple manufacturing sites.

*** Work with hiring managers throughout recruiting process, from developing job descriptions to actively sourcing and screening applicants, and extending offers.

*** Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Department Managers to determine staffing needs.

*** Participate in development of ongoing sourcing strategies.

*** Develop talent pipeline for potential upcoming opportunities.

*** Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit qualified candidates.

*** Attend local and out of state to trade shows, job fairs & other recruitment events.

*** Assess resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

*** Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

*** Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about company and position.

*** Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting.
