Description
Shall represent, market and sell devices and implants for hip, foot and ankle, hand and wrist, shoulder and elbow, tendon and peripheral nerve protection and repair, and wound care to hospitals, surgery centers and physician organizations.
Requires individual with: Business or science-related college degree; 3+ years experience selling surgical tools, implantable medical, devices or similar; The confidence to interact with high level physicians and surgical stakeholders; Powerful negotiation and selling skills and political savvy; and Knowledge of the Advamed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
Details:
*** Develop formal business plan at the beginning of each annual sales cycle and communicate progress to management through monthly and quarterly territory reports and presentations.
*** Achieve or exceed defined targets through strategic planning, network relationship building, exceptional customer service and new account prospecting.
*** Independently identify new business opportunities.
*** Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams.
*** Maintain high level of technical, product and disease state knowledge
*** Liase between customers and internal technical staff regarding specific product indications and product uses.
