Participate in day-to-day underwriting and high level agency management support of agents within the Surety Bond department.

*** Ensure assigned key agencies achieve annual business plan.

*** Maintain and nurture existing agency relationships to ensure a strong, growing, profitable partnership and achieve expected premium production.

*** Train and provide on-going support to agents for Bonds.

*** Underwrite commercial and contract surety products involving complex risks and analysis.

*** Adhere to company and department underwriting guidelines and submission processes to drive profitable bond growth by analyzing financial information, credit reports, contracts, statutes, bond forms, etc.

*** Meet and maintain service level commitment to customers for commercial and contract bonds.
