Seeking Ph.d level scientist with solid knowledge of protein chemistry and bioconjugation supporting development of small and large molecule drug delivery systems.

Requirements:

*** Track record in bioconjugation, protein engineering, polymer chemistry and protein chemistry.

*** Ability to clearly and accurately present ideas verbally and in writing.

*** Hands-on expertise with current analytical techniques including HPLC, LC/MS, FPLC, affinity purification, gel filtration, SEC-MALS, SEC-MALDI, ion exchange chromatography, SDS-PAGE, etc.

*** 3+ years working in commercial development of protein therapeutics.

*** Solid knowledge of: Polymer chemistry and bioconjugation; Analytical characterization of complex bioconjugates and antibody formats;

*** Capable of independently developing and managing laboratory and research projects.
