Lead Lean Six Sigma projects within manufacturing facility producing plastic molding and consumer packaging to drive Continuous Improvement across Operations and Engineering including Supply Chain processes and capacities.

*** Coach organization on Lean and Continuous Improvement forms, tools, and methods such as value stream mapping, visual management, strategic goal development, observation sheets, spaghetti charts, standard work combination sheets, Kaizen newspaper, and target progress reports.

*** Develop and implement operations continuous improvement roadmap to include project selection list and yearly cost saving target or efficiency enhancement; work with management team to deploy plan.

*** Execute cross-functional Lean or DMAIC projects for improved process flow, quality, and cost savings.

*** Maintain project tracking spreadsheet and prepare cost and benefit analyses for review with management team; make recommendations for prioritization.

*** Apply statistical methods such as analysis of variance, design of experiment, statistical process controls, and regression analysis to determine process, staff requirements, and production standards.

*** Assist production by providing metrics for day-to-day visibility including hours per piece, hours per program, hours per work cell, etc.

*** Develop and improve manufacturing and administrative processes utilizing lean tools and techniques to close performance gaps and implement best practices.
