Seeking an Assay Development Scientist to lead design, creation, implementation, optimization, analysis and results interpretation of diagnostic assay products supporting the development of companion therapeutic products.

Requires:

*** Proven track record developing functional, immuno and cell based assays for oncology related toxicokinetic and pharmacokinetic applications involving the following technologies: Immunohistochemistry; Immunocytochemistry; Flow Cytometry Binding; Antibody Binding Affinity and Antigen Internalization; Antibody Fragment Detection; Cytokine Detection and Identification; Chemiluminescent Measurement; Tetramer Analysis; High Throughput - High Performance Screening technologies (ex, Luminex); ELISA; ELISPOT; PCR-based detection of T-cell receptor; Protein Purification; etc.

*** Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations and work experience in a GLP compliant environment.

*** Hands on experience independently and collaboratively developing assays from concept through transfer to research project team or CRO and validation, as well as, writing or contributing to related protocol documentation and regulatory filings.
