Seeking individual with experience investigating, analyzing, and evaluating specialty claims related to toxic tort, serious injury, and complex general liability resulting from exposure to asbestos, pollution, or other environmental health hazards.

Shall:

*** Manage and investigate complex, highly-specific cases with higher exposure and severity.

*** Investigate, review, analyze, and resolve claims.

*** Review coverage and loss notices, establish and evaluate reserves, and evaluate liability and damages.

*** Assist with developing the claims handling and litigation strategies.

Requirements:

*** 8+ years experience investigating and handling complex and serious insurance claims.

*** Knowledge of complex specialty claims involving serious injury, pollution or asbestos exposure, or other environmental health hazards.
