Seeking experienced Loss Sensitive Retro Large Deductible expert to underwrite and manage multiple captive programs.

*** Develop and implement strategic plans for positioning and selling at both the producer and the insured level in order to maintain a flow of qualified submissions.

*** Conduct technical underwriting, account management and client management of casualty captive programs.

*** Evaluate primary and excess loss potential and pricing.

*** Obtain and review new and renewal account information required to evaluate risks.

*** Identify exposures, hazards, and individual and program risk characteristics.

*** Structure programs appropriately to protect against frequent, severe, catastrophic and credit risks.

*** Collaborate with Actuarial, Credit and Alt Market teams to underwrite, price and prepare proposals..

*** Coordinate pre and post bind activities such as policy production, compliance, audits, adjustments, contracts, collateral receipts, filings, etc.

*** Conduct renewal and retention management activities.

*** Maintain relationships with producers and insured's.

*** Analyze individual account issues, identify critical customer needs and document financial buying characteristics.
