*** Establish benchmarks for SIU Investigator work product and results, including turnaround times on files and monies saved on successful closures.

*** Prepare Monthly Reporting on SIU results for management.

*** Develop and deliver training programs in Fraud Awareness and Prevention for claims staff in regional offices.

*** Support investigations through coverage analysis, policy interpretation, exposure recognition, and liability determination.

*** Ensure documentation is current with SIU pendings and status of files.

*** Network and maintain relationships with other carriers and National Insurance Crime Bureau.

*** Ensure compliance with SIU reporting requirements to Department of Insurance.
