Manage Special Investigative Unit team handling suspected fraud in property damage and bodily injury claims.

*** Manage Special Investigative Unit Investigators for assigned regions.

*** Conduct SIU training sessions for claims staff in regional offices.

*** Assist coverage and policy interpretation, exposure recognition, and liability determination to move investigations forward.

*** Ensure documents are updated with current SIU pendings and claims status.

*** Assist VP of Claims in establishing benchmarks for work products and results for SIU Investigators, including turnaround times on files, assignments, and monies saved.

*** Prepare monthly reporting for management regarding SIU results.

*** Ensure compliance with SIU reporting requirements to Department of Insurance.

*** Network and maintain relationships with other carriers and National Insurance Crime Bureau.
