Responsibilities:

*** Selects, trains, and directs production staff; monitors and documents performance; coaches and counsels employees for professional development; tracks time and attendance.

*** Develops and implements activities in the molding area to meet department and corporate goals (KPI's), quality standards and cost reduction objectives.

*** Validates personnel training effectiveness based on targets and results.

*** Maintains work flow including time and production records.
