Large industrial manufacturer of Composite Tube & Rod products seeks candidate to supervise production.

ACTIVITIES

*** Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure personnel are trained in proper processes, techniques, and quality requirements.

*** Assess performance of staff, develop corrective actions for under-performing factors and establish training plans for continuous personnel development.

*** Ensure production and scheduling timelines are followed, make certain delivery goals are met and project milestones are adhered to.

*** Evaluate performance of new tooling, report problems to tool room, quality personnel, and engineering representatives.

*** Organize production floor workflow, utilize spaghetti diagrams or similar to evaluate current layout and develop optimized pathways for materials, personnel, and products.
