Seeking experienced Service Technician who can troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and programming problems for spot welding robots in a manufacturing facility.

Shall:

*** Assist with robot set up and observe equipment in action to prevent minor problems from escalating.

*** Perform routine maintenance and repair on robots and attachments including vision systems, light safety curtains, etc.

*** Inspect welds to determine if robots are performing to standard; provide hands-on welding assistance when necessary.

*** Troubleshoot and test controllers, modify logic and test for accuracy.

Requirements:

*** Experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing robots in a manufacturing environment.

*** Experience troubleshooting and debugging controllers.
