Seeking experienced Service Technician with a proven ability to lead installations, preventative maintenance checks, repairs and upgrades for advanced automated robotic manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities:

*** Troubleshoot and repair articulated robots and related equipment.

*** Repair, retrofit, and replace motors, amplifiers, reducers, servo drives, proximity sensors, balancers, gyroscopes, etc.

*** Program, troubleshoot, debug, and modify advanced controllers.

*** Test robot peripheral equipment including sensors, safety systems, vision systems, etc.

Qualifications:

*** Industrial Automation integration and Robotics system expertise acquired through hands on installation, repair, modification, and advanced training.

*** Ability to reprogram, troubleshoot, and modify multiple brands of Programmable logic controllers, Human machine interfaces and other associated controller components.

*** 3+ years’ experience servicing and programming robots from Denso, Motoman, Adept, Janome, Fanuc, Kuka, Nachi, ABB and other major manufacturers.
