Field Service Coordinator Customer Service Manager Industrial Automation CNC Machine Tools Lathes Mills Machining Centers Tooling Machine Shop Support _ .

Seeking experienced field service tech with track record installing, retrofitting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and programming automated CNC Machining production lines to assume inhouse telephone based technical advisor and coordinator position.

Activities:

*** Maintain telephone based relationship with installed customer base to solve maintenance and setup issues.

*** Handle incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications, upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc.

*** Coordinate a team of field service technicians and schedule retrofit, repair, modification, upgrade, and maintenance activities for automated industrial production lines.

*** Develop and manage long-term equipment service and customer engagement programs to increase warranty attachment rates and service contract sales.

*** Assign field technicians, third party contractors, and other manpower resources to projects based on urgency and difficulty.

Requirements:

*** Experience as a field service engineer or maintenance mechanic maintaining automated consumer product packaging machinery.
