Field Service Coordinator Customer Service Manager Industrial Automation CNC Machine Tools Lathes Mills Machining Centers Tooling Machine Shop Support _ .

Limited travel inhouse position seeking 5+ years CNC machinery maintenance experience to oversee the development of solutions to incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications, upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc. working over the phone with mechanics, electricians, PLC programmers, engineers and field team.

Shall:

*** Work with installed customer base to solve maintenance and setup issues.

*** Schedule and coordinate field engineers, techs, etc to implement solutions.

*** Source, purchase, and coordinate installation of parts.

*** Identifies and develops relationships with new suppliers and negotiates prices and terms.

*** Maintains inventory of stock, parts and tools.

*** Assigns, rents and-or ships parts and specialty tooling based on project needs.

*** Tracks details of work in Enterprise Software System.
