Seeking individual who can bring expertise in pipeline repair and maintenance to a highly specialized technical services group servicing owner-operator customers in petrochemical refineries, natural gas transmission, and power generation with extensive pipeline networks requiring regular maintenance and repair.

Activities:

*** Manage personnel performing on-line leak sealing, line stopping and plugging, hot tapping, on-site machining, composite repair, etc. aimed at keeping pipelines and similar assets operational with minimal downtime and loss of productivity.

*** Oversee support staff including administrative personnel, in-house maintenance mechanics, engineers, and drivers and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.

*** Develop and own annual operating budgets, manage inventory levels, ensure acceptable levels of spare parts and raw materials, and manage maintenance of company assets and fleet vehicles.

*** Act as the customer and regulatory point of contact and ensure performance meets standards and complies with applicable laws.

Qualifications:

*** 7+ years relevant experience with responsibility for managing personnel, project performance, budgets, and customers.

*** In-depth knowledge of on-line leak sealing, hot tapping, line stopping, composite repair, leak detection and repair, or similar.

*** Proven ability to manage P&L for a facility serving regional customers.
