Service Manager - CNC Machine Tools - Charlotte, NC

Seeking individual able to own responsibilities for field service teams including client interactions, service scheduling and relationship building with third party suppliers.

Shall:

*** Lead field service team scheduling activities to meet customer needs, engage customer representatives in regional territory and ensure needs are met at all service levels from installation through continued maintenance.

*** Oversee training activities for field service technicians and application engineers.

*** Develop comprehensive customer support programs aligned with business strategies aimed at retaining continued business.

Requirements:

*** 5+ years experience in the machine tool industry in a field service role.

*** Able to step into a leadership role and manage the activities of 15+ employees.

*** Knowledge of industry players including machine tool builders, third party suppliers, and other key parties.
