Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _.

Optimize and lead implementation of a focused service and support strategy to drive growth, profitability and sustainable competitive advantage across identified regional customer segments while overseeing highly automated industrial production lines service operations.

Shall:

*** Optimize and implement value-based regional service roadmap.

*** Monitor regional performance metrics to measure service quality and identify areas for process improvement.

*** Review Service Order Summaries, invoice for service, monitor service costs, collect service documentation, resolving disputes, and communicating changes and updates as needed.

*** Identify and evaluate service portfolio expansion opportunities including key service program development.

*** Manage, track and report costs related to service, spare parts, labor, warranty expenses, demo maintenance, and overhead, including preparing P&L statements.

*** Coordinate with Materials Management to forecast and maintain spare parts inventory in service locations, refurbishing or disposing returned defective parts.

*** Provide guidance, strategies and product support to ensure sales objectives are met including development of appropriate sales channels.
