Seeking Senior Manager to lead development and improvement of scalable fed-batch, transfection, and perfusion upstream processes for viral vector and viral vaccine production

Shall:

*** Perform bioreactor process optimization studies including bioreactor set-up, and media preparation, cell culture media/feeds screening experiments

*** Lead process characterization of cell culture production processes to ensure successful scale up and transfer to the Manufacturing group

*** Provide support for cGMP manufacturing of pre-clinical and clinical study materials.

*** Authors Standard Operating Procedures, technical reports, process descriptions, batch records, and communicate results to the CMC team.

Requires:

*** B.S. or M.S. in Biological sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical engineering, Chemistry, or related fields

*** Demonstrated experience with viral vector production process development, scale-up and tech transfer including hands-on expertise with scalable bio-production platforms and equipment.
