Clinical stage cancer therapeutics developer seeks an In Vivo Pharmacology Senior Scientist to develop and execute cell based immunological assays to characterize tumor infiltrating immune cells using ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and similar technologies.

Activities:

*** Design and execute in vivo studies, develop & characterize new models, and standardize existing in vivo models.

*** Select and evaluate in vivo models including design of PK/PD studies, creation of standardized protocols, and benchmarking data collection.

*** Serve as subject matter expert for in vivo studies.

*** Guide junior scientists in executing high quality in vivo studies.

Experience Sought:

*** PhD in Oncology, Immunology, or similar field.

*** 2+ years of experience in developing assays in support of In Vivo or In Vitro Pharmacology Studies, or similar.

*** In Vivo Pharmacology skills such as: Preparation of Test Compounds, Blood and Tissue Collection for PK & PD Biomarker Analysis, Cell Line Work, and Dosing.

*** Ability to select & evaluate and benchmark & standardize In Vivo Models.

*** Experience with Multicolor Flow Cytometry, Proliferation & Killing Assays, ELISA Assays, and other Ex Vivo Analyses techniques.
