Pioneer in Biotechnology seeks an experienced Senior Scientist to support biomarker strategies to develop and validate clinical PK and Immunogenicity assays.

Responsibilities:

*** Identify, evaluate, and characterize fluid biomarkers to serve as pharmacodynamic and efficacy endpoints in preclinical and clinical settings.

*** Provide expertise across platforms such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, NGS, ISH, qPCR, and IHC, and Imaging.

*** Mentor associate scientists and scientific staff.

*** Manage projects and relationships at Contract Research Organizations.

Experience Sought:

*** PhD in Biochemistry or similar field.

*** Understanding of full drug discovery and development life cycle from research to post marketing phase.

*** Experience with cell based assays and ligand binding.

*** Hands on knowledge of Protein Biochemistry techniques such as: real time PCR, Protein Purification, Western Blotting, Enzymatic Assays, DNA cloning, Immunoprecipitation, and similar.
