Seeking experienced PhD Scientist with a background in cell based assay development to join a well established organization developing novel cell based assays for drug discovery and development focused on immuno oncology indications.

Requires successful development, validation, and optimization of cell based assay protocols or kits along with a sound background in data analysis and interpretation supporting assay development for difficult targets.

Shall:

*** Research, design, develop, validate, and optimize cell-based assays.

*** Present information and recommend changes during meetings with lab team, upper management, and clients.

*** Prepare data and scientific content for materials including user manuals, customer reports, white papers, posters, and manuscripts for assay kits and protocols.

Qualifications:

*** PhD or equivalent in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Immunology, or similar field

*** Expertise in cell based assay development

*** Experience with Cell Mediated Immunity, Macrophage Related Antitumor Activity, Antibody Dependent Cell mediated Cytotoxicity, Antibody Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis Assays, T Lymphocytes and NK Lymphocytes.
