Premier provider of specialized blown film and cast film seeks chemist or chemical engineer with product development experience for polymer films who can develop new products, equipment and processes as well as improve upon existing products with sterile and breathable packaging applications.

Shall:

*** Conceive, design and test new polymer-based film products; ensure that newly developed products are successfully transferred to production.

*** Leverage new technologies and new products to new customers, industry segments and markets.

*** Maintain complete and accurate records on intellectual properties and pursue patent application or trade secret as appropriate.

Required:

*** 4 year Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or other related fields.

*** 7+ years of related experience

*** Extensive knowledge in synthesizing, formulation, and application of various polymer films such as but not limited to Polyethylenes, Polypropylenes, Stryenic Elastomers, or Polyesters.
