Calibrate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic and electromechanical measuring and test equipment.

*** Schedule calibration events, perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, and repair Measurement and Test Equipment.

*** Develop calibration procedures and methods to meet specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical requirements.

*** Develop control plans and inspection methods to maintain process controls.

*** Coordinate calibrations of Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Engineering equipment.

*** Set up standardized laboratory equipment to test and measure accuracy of instruments used to record voltage, magnetic resistance, and other factors.

*** Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate mechanical and electronic industrial measuring devices to ensure they conform to established standards.

*** Calibrate electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and environmental control equipment.

*** Conduct physical calibrations such as calipers, micrometers, torque tools, ovens, temperature controllers, gauge blocks, surface plates, pressure gauges, scales, and force gauges.

*** Support ISO 9001 certification in appropriate business units and factories.
