Lead Talent Acquisition team and develop innovative strategies to identify and recruit the best people, ensuring organization hiring needs are met at all levels.

Duties:

*** Develop and implement multi-year hiring strategy and operating plans to optimize attracting, recruiting, onboarding and retaining employees across all levels in the organization in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.

*** Consult Strategic Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop creative sourcing solutions.

*** Manage all operational aspects of the recruiting and hiring processes and programs, including the Recruitment Process Outsourcing vendor, internal searches, and external search firms.

*** Develop and implement creative solutions to screen and select the best candidates

*** Develop strong partnerships and networks with external sources to build quality and diverse pipeline for talent.

*** Deliver against aggressive annual performance goals and recruiting metrics.

*** Develop capabilities of direct reports to prepare individuals for future roles.
