Specialized insurance organization seeks experience in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution for claims with complex reinsurance coverage terms, legal issues, court precedents and other diverse legal matters.

*** Participate and advise outside counsel in long-tail claims matters pertaining to asbestos, environmental, construction defect, professional liability, etc.

*** Manage reinsurance litigation and arbitration including participation in mediations, hearings and trials.

*** Formulate, analyze and approve legal strategies including pleadings, motions, appeals, budgets, etc.

*** Provide legal counsel and advice on reinsurance coverage and extra-contractual issues.

Can offer starting base salary to $160,000; expense account, company paid famiy medical, dental, prescription and disability coverage, 401(k), and attractive vacation packages.
