Custom assembly automation and test systems solutions provider seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to lead control systems design and testing.

Duties:

*** Analyze equipment and process requirements for client product specifications.

*** Develop hardware and software controls designs. Ensure design complies with client's design criteria.

*** Relay component and resource needs to Purchasing department.

*** Support post assembly debugging efforts.

*** Provide technical support and expertise to Junior Controls Engineers.

*** Guide smooth installation and set-up of equipment at client facility.

*** Assist management with development of service and control design standards manuals.

Requirements:

*** Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or similar field.

*** 5+ years of Controls Engineering focusing on Controls Systems designing involving Hydraulics, Lubrication, Pneumatics, and Electrical components.

*** Hands on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens Modicon, Allen Bradley, or similar), Robot motion control, and similar.
