Leading provider of specialty insurance offering Commercial Property and Casualty, Professional Liability, and Surety and Fidelity products seeks claims professional to investigate, evaluate and resolve claims involving contractors' liability, construction defect and environmental liability including site pollution and contractors' pollution. Will advise on claim issues in general and assigned claim files in particular, as well as assist in improving risk assessment and selection with underwriting staff and agent partners.

Required:

*** Bachelor's Degree with current adjuster license, Juris Doctor, or industry certifications such as Adjuster in Claims.

*** Knowledge of insurance law, construction law, tort law, environmental law, and claims handling practices.

*** 3+ years of experience with complex construction and environmental claims.
