*** Design, program, and test configuration of plant Process Control Systems from Conceptual Design through Commission & Qualification project phases.

*** Update automation functional specifications for automation lead review and approval.

*** Perform offline and online coding and testing using Rockwell products such as: ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PlantPAx, FactoryTalk Software Suite, Studio 5000, PLC5, SLC500, RSView, PanelView Plus, etc.

*** Implement detailed control system SCADA and HMI design packages using GE Digital iFIX, and Wonderware Archestra System Platforms.

*** Troubleshoot PCS system and software.

*** Configure control system networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.

*** Complete project and facility support activities such as design, design review, implementation, program changes, debug, troubleshooting, and project management.

*** Provide technical assessments and evaluations for discrepancies that occur during manufacturing operations.

*** Troubleshoot process, equipment, and system malfunctions or failures.
