Seeking MS or PhD with experience developing, validating, and optimizing protein purification methods and supporting tech transfer into cGMP manufacturing.

Shall:

*** Develop multiple aspects of protein purification process including chromatography, filtration, membrane separation, viral validation, scale up, tech transfer, and process validation.

*** Troubleshoot and improve processes.

*** Write and review reports to support regulatory filings.

*** Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) for protein purification and production processes.
