Requirements:

*** Bachelor's Degree in a field related to sciences, engineering, chemistry or similar.

*** Experience with a biopharmaceutical process manufacturing operation.

Shall:

*** Develop, organize, improve and oversee late stage process and production trials.

*** Utilize process and product knowledge to assist multiple in-house development departments including process designing, formulation, characterization and validation.

*** Create design models to streamline development processes.

*** Support transfer of product and processes from pilot plant to cGMP certified production.

*** Work under GLP and GMP guidelines.
