Responsibilities:

*** Execute antibody discovery and characterization approaches including B cell technologies, phage display, hybridoma, and flow cytometry cell sorting methods.

*** Implement therapeutic development workflows for biologics including novel formats and bispecific antibodies.

Required:

*** Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or other life science discipline.

*** 3+ years laboratory experience in therapeutic antibody engineering and development.

Generous compensation plan with base salary up to $140,000 based on experience, end of year bonuses, long term incentives including matched 401(k) and pension plan. Full medical benefits included.
